Cancellation policy:
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to outline acceptable terms and conditions of cancellations made by both the student and instructor in order to maintain an acceptable level of professionalism and mutual respect.

Student
I. If the student cancels class 24 hours prior to his or her lesson, a make up lesson may be scheduled at a time that is convenient for both student and instructor. OR The student may choose to simply “skip” that lesson with no penalty.
II. If the student cancels class within 24 hours of his or her lesson, he or she has one week to make up that lesson at a time that is convenient for the instructor. If a make up lesson cannot be scheduled the student will then pay for the missed lesson.

Instructor
I. If the instructor cancels class 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson, a make up lesson may be scheduled at a time that is convenient for both the student and instructor. OR the lesson may be skipped
II. If the instructor cancels class within 24 hours of scheduled lesson, there is a one week grace period where, upon availability of the student, a make up lesson may be scheduled.
